Color: Intense red wich turns into garnet, clear and clean.
Nose: Intense, with notes of vanilla and hydrocarbons, recognitions of red mature fruits on a spicy and mineral base.
Taste: lt recalls the olfactory notes, a fine balance alcohol-tannins.
Best served with: Pasta with strong sauces, fat grilled fish, boiled sheep, and half seasoned cheeses.
Grape BIend: Red Sardinian Cannonau.
Wine Making: About 8 days soaking in steel, evolution in wood, repeated barriques passages and big barrels for one year, 4 months refinement in bottle.
Espalier Vinevards: With a yield of 60 q/ha.
Alcohol Content: 14.5% Vol x 0.750 lt.
